To anyone who reads this:
If you are hellbent on making Madam Shadow angry and send you in to fight Twinkle, make sure you cast your Demonic Circle outside of the arena; as you can use your teleport to get back out without talking to the Escape Imp.
You can solo Twinkle relatively easily at ~430, you just need to have your Voidwalker tank him, and keep him topped up with Health Funnel. If you pull threat, just Fear or Mortal Coil.
I eventually found a quest in the burning steppes near the altar of storms, then it sent me to the blasted lands to kill madam shadows demon. A guy appeared and it finished the quest and I am now back to normal darkmoon faire.

Old post lol. Was unbeatable on release but yeah people beat it now I know. And I dont get on that horrible app thanks. If you wanna show something like that, use youtube.

still doesnt change the fact twinkle is way over tuned for merely dropping a different imp skin color
