Also, if you’re up to date on your covenant quests, you can update your covenant gear to 184 this week.
Also, yeah, level up your covenant gear.
Hit 60
Buy all of the crafted 168 gear
Do a few heroics to push you over 170
Do all M0s, this should give you 2 or 3 184s
You’re now around 175
Spam M+2 and get to 187
Find a normal Castle Nathria run.
Repeat.
Tackle Ulduar this week as well, should net you 2 or 3 ilvl 200s. Either way, once you hit around 185-190 you should be able to find a CN normal pug.
I was not actually aweare of this. I thought it auto-upgraded or something. Thanks!
This 100% is why we cant have nice things.
Really dude… Come on
Do your covenant campaign, got me from 151 to 166
Items - Anima to upgrade some etc.
Oh and they replaced the 151 LW items I had equipped
Good news, you can craft crafted gear!
Okay so… you can to time walking dungeons right now and buy 138 gear with the badges alone, that’s enough for normal dungeons that allow heroic up to 171. Auction House also has neat BoEs. How to make gold? there are millions of videos about gold making, the most braindead ones, just farming Skyreach or Firelands.
with 171 you can do m0 and a bit more for LFR or m+. I remember buying the ilvl200 trinket just to get enough ilvl for LFR queue. Normal runs of CN are always present in the LFG section, either for boss or BoE, that’s an option. World quest, the campaign, renown for the increase of ilvl of WQ rewards, there’s also Sorrowbane if you use 2H Sword, etc
heh, the first you say? I remember BFA forcing you to “Unite Zandalar” to start doing anything, or collecting war resources for the cache, and doing the footholds to get to the other faction zones.
Plus, it’s only once and can be done in what, 2 days? Once past that, you can use Threads of Fate for alts.
I really don’t see what’s your prob there. Zones are done easily, you basically have an arrow pointing where to go at all times, questing is easy. Get Azeroth Auto Pilot for fast quest accepting, selling, flight travel, etc. Are dungeons capped? by item level and some by zone, yeah, but the item level can be bought with BoE.
This is my first xpa playing retail, first character and i could easily bought all BoE i needed, and save for a token and buy a 20k trinket, still with enough gold to gear up an alt. It isn’t hard dude.
You can get several pieces of 184 gear just doing the covenant questline. Do the world boss for a shot at a piece of loot. Do your 5 timewalking dungeons and get a piece of 200 loot and maybe a couple of 158 upgrades.
My hunter was lvl 60 and 2 days later I was 164 ilvl and I haven’t even upgraded all the cov gear to 184.
