I just do delves and auction the reagents. I never get rich, but I never run out of money. Of course, I don’t use consumables either, but I do pay top dollar for crafters to make me 720 gear.

My suggestion - go back to Dragonflight on any character, pick up some of the Sturdy Expedition Shovels from the vendor in the Dragonscale Basecamp. Then fly around along the rivers and pick up as many of the Tuskaar Tackleboxes as you can. They generally only contain vendor trash, but the trash has surprisingly high values. In about 15m I can pick up enough to vendor for about 4k. Do that at least once a day and in 5 days you’d have 20k. You can generally earn more doing that than doing most the gold WQs.
NOTE: you need to have the required Tuskarr rep level to see the tackleboxes, and then to have Fishing activated in your view option so you actually see them, as they are classified as fish.
This is also an excellent suggestion. I have one of my old bank toons set up to store old world herbs divided up into expansions on the bank tabs. I plan to fill to fill those up as we get towards the end of the expansion. I have no idea what stuff will be wanted so Ill just collect everything. I am also working on the rest of the old world materials.

I’ve definitely considered this, set my chromie time to Vanilla & just Dragonride around old zones herbing and mining until I’m 70, then go do the same in TWW zones. I’d do it on a druid, but I really want my Druid to be a Haranir 
Maybe I just make a gold farming Druid and then make a Druid I actually plan on playing.
This morning was pretty lucrative for personal orders, as not as many crafters around. Made a solid chunk of change in about an hour.
If you are still around in game, do some herbing and mining, and start selling off food and fish mats.
