Maybe this should be posted in general too? I don’t think anyone from the dev team reads the Lore forum. You should put suggestions about lore consistency via the in game feedback option as well. I assume that someone must read those!

I would say the reveal that the planet wasn’t fully destroyed thanks to the Portal Keeper encounter in ABT did that. After all, she opens a portal to it when you enter “phase 3” of the encounter.
