but it’s a bnet chance once per day, not per licence.
the chance of the server generating multiple bags at the same millisecond, seems improbable.
I’m sorry. One of my guildies is in the same boat.

Tbh I can’t find any clarification anywhere that if its tied to the overall account or per account like wow1 or wow2.
There is a wowhead comment saying they did 3 days on wow1, 2, 3, 4. They got 2 mount drops.
So honestly I have no idea lol.
It took me 14 years to get headless ![]()
Don’t even get me started on the others lol.
i also see a comment there saying they got it in 11 attempts… when there haven’t been that many resets.
people are claiming that they’re getting it on a singular account, with “not the first attempt” for the day, but we’ve been told that isn’t possible.
so there’s some funny business going on.
- either the drop is a reduced chance after first box (which we’ve been told no)
- the player is mistaken about what classifies as a “day” and confused about reset times.
- attention seeking
I thought we were told that it is a reduced drop?
It is a reduced drop chance after your first kill of the day.
My question was how does this apply to your account since people are claiming that using wow1, wow2, etc. is giving them a +1 drop chance per account per day.
But that’s why bull said this.
when the last new drop was added, the drop was 1 chance per day.
the old mount was considered “legacy” and would still drop at its original rate
The place where blizzard sends us to obtain infomation, stated the same thing.
New Mount, Ensembles and Toys - Brewfest 2025 Updates - Wowhead News
We were told that this works the same way, and have now missed out on a heap of chances to get it.
(not that it makes a scrap of difference to me, it wouldn’t drop for me anyway, and it’s ugly, so not going to do anything beyond the “singular increased chance per day” attempt)
I still wish we had a more in-depth This Week in WoW, that actually made sure to answer these questions.
I think this was fixed. I got the Valentine’s broom by 5-boxing it with free trials, got it first try. Tried the same trick for Ahune, and could not get multiples of the weapons to drop.
Certainly doesn’t hurt to try, especially if you’ve got a geared DK who can immune the stun and easily solo Direbrew. But I wouldn’t get hopes up. And certainly does not work on subsequent attempts, it only worked on the broom if all 5 of your accounts got the kill at the same time. Once any of them did it, your “first” attempt was spent.
Not me Nobully I have been running all my main here and alts daily just in case it does drop…seen many others report on other sites that the got the mount on a alt even after already having done it on the main…so personally I hope there is a slim chance for it too drop if its on my alts.
well, I got confirmation this morning (before reset) that a 2nd paid account on the same unique Battle.net does get a 2nd chance at the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest.
to be clear, I have two WoW accounts, each a separate payment, but both under the same Battle.net
Tovi said she got it on a 4th run of the day on an individual account.
I’m going to choose to believe Tovi over the wowhead article writer who didn’t provide a source of their alleged “confirmation”.
If people want a chance at the mount, run your alts just for “science”.
Same with me I believe Tovi 200%…why I am running my main and some alts too …
I just ran it, after daily reset, on one toon from each account, and the Brewfest Keg reward contained nothing but 10 stupid Brewfest tokens.
welcome to disappointment land, where most of us live ![]()
Tovi always has good info. She may hate me, but I still love her and I’ve always trusted what she has to say.
there are also the dragon isles, and khaz algar donation barrels for another 200 each per character for a total of ~600 ish in one-time rewards.
your also forgetting the ram-racing daily which can easily net you another ~20 ish tokens bringing the daily total up to 50-60 a day.
the event runs for 16 days so thats potentially another 800 just from the dailies. which brings out total up to around 1400. thats enough to buy a good chunk of the stuff.
then there is another 15-50 from 3 bagging the hourly events, so even if you only do 1 of those per day, and only get the lowest number of tokens thats an extra 250
Now you might say thats an excessive amount of work to expect from a player… which your right… but expecting to buy EVERYTHING from an annual holiday in a single shot, is also kinda excessive.
I’m running my alts “for trinkets”. Also, more tokens.
Is the Brawler’s Statue the most useless trinket? My DPS casters keep getting the pickled egg, Healers keep getting Mithril Stopwatch. My Hunter has 2 stopwatchers, while my Paladin has 2 chromium coasters…
75% of the reason I have so many alts is to farm mounts…this is just stupid
