How often can I try for brewfest flying mount, getting some mixed answers from people. Yes I can run on alts non stop and always get the bag to open, but the mount is only 1 chance a day no matter what is this true?
Once per day per account.
Running it again on alts will only get you tokens and maybe some crappy adventurer item.
Once a day for Direbrew on a character, alts can help.
WAIT WE GOT NERFED GAMERS

So I guess I’ll never get the Headless Horseman mount, fantastic, thanks Blizzard.
Once per day, but higher chance than these things used to be. Plus I think I heard something about the drop chance increasing with each attempt. Not fully sure about that though. They wanted to alleviate people of the compulsion to run it again and again, dozens of times per day.
Which is odd, because they made it so if you want to buy all the new vendor items this year you need to do all the quests on multiple alts, otherwise you can grind 30-40 a day via dailies….
So they made it so we don’t need alts to farm mounts, but do for vendor items….
Lol, I’ve definitely done them a lot already, on quite a few alts. Not that many though. Maybe a dozen. And I’ve got most of the mogs already. I’m sure over the course of the event you could get it all with one toon, if you made a point of catching the hourly event a bit.
The general rule of thumb for modern WoW yearly event dungeons is
Once per day per account
if you’re drunk enough 3
Was just looking at wowhead and they had two articles w/ conflicting info. One said it drops off the first kill per day per account and the other said the first kill has a higher drop rate, but successive attempts can still drop it.
Has anyone seen the saddle or mount drop on a kill that wasn’t their first of the day?
Really just curious, I have been killing him on multiple alts for the coins regardless.
Like I said, general rule of thumb is “Once per day per account” unless Blizzard explicitly says otherwise.
Never trust what WoWHead says, only go by what is officially released via Blizzard, or is a direct interview with them.
you don’t NEED to do it all in one year.
you can get them from Coren, you can get them from the dailies, you can get them from the event boss (45 tokens just for getting a “3 bag” event), you can get them from the quests in Dragonflight/Khaz Algar.
You’re either being overly dramatic, or are simply unaware of the many ways to earn tokens. (or both) ![]()
1 run per day at the increased chance and as many runs as you care to throw at it at the old chance, just like every other holiday mount.
This used to be per character, get angry
i for one am glad i dont have to run this on 12 chara anymore per day
depends which mount. theres two different ones i think.
theres the kodo, then the new brew bomber
Because I’m old as the dirt I crawled out of. I remember a question once being asked, how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop. Since then anytime I hear “how many” my answer is 3 before I know what we’re counting.
Yeah that’s why I said:
Which is a daily for about 10-15, then there’s two dailies for 10 each, giving my total for the DAILIES which is what I said.
I’ve done the is event multiple times and have never once gotten more than 15 coins, but again that isn’t a lot if you have 1 toon and you want to farm it, you basically have to do the event every hour.
One time quests for a total of 200.
No you just didn’t read what I said when I specially pointed out dailies.
200 from a round of all the quests at Brewfest, plus another 200 from all the inn 1 time quests from Khaz Algar and Dragon Isles. That’s still only 400 coins per character from 1 time quests, and then you have to farm the other 2600 needed for all the items from the 2 daily quests, 1 coren kill and the hourly event.
It’s simply a terrible grind if you have 1 character and is significantly faster and more time friendly just running through the one time quests on alts.
df has dailies
bfa mission table currently has a token mission
