Game is notorious for that. I don’t gain weight sitting at work, only WOW. Thankfully I’m extremely active (Run/Bike/Swim) and have kept myself in shape. I’ve also limited my game time to about 6 hours a week max.
From 120 to 125 thanks to running every day now during AV queues.

-25lbs so far. WoW didn’t cause me to gain weight, but I had a pretty good amount to lose due to poor diet choices and sedentary lifestyle. Made an active decision a few months ago to work out more, do Intermittent fasting, and eliminate almost all junk food. I prioritize my health over any video game, as everyone should.
