Dont forget a few FedEx quests that are available in each of the starter zones. I know it is a pserver, but you can get to level 3 pretty easily just exploring all of Dun Morogh. After that it slows down greatly and i was only level 5 with 4 bars full after exploring all of Telldrassil, Dun Morogh, much of the west side of Loch Modan, death march to Menethil, all of Elwynn and all of westfall and some of Darkshire/Redridge. If congestion is bad enough then exploring to lvl 4 or 5 should be faster and the flight paths are a nice bonus.
