How Much Headcannon Should One Accept?

I didn’t want to talk about the person so much here.

But their reaction to this was, instead of trying to whisper me and talk about it or trying to go with it, they would directly contradict me ICly for OOC disagreements of lore.

If I suggested the Church is getting more fractured, they would, in character, say “No it isn’t” and continue to insist this despite the headcanon.

This is what annoyed me the most. It wasn’t just they didn’t like straying from the lore at all, they straight up contradict me in character and would continue to do so over headcanon disagreements. It was rude.

I’m sorry you had to deal with that. I would have done a 360 and moonwalked away at that point.
