It’s been said before, but the Stormwind canals are just a huge sewer. Just open air pee and poop running through the city streets. Very period accurate medieval. They have healers for the typhoid outbreaks.
Don’t know, don’t care. But, and this is a pretty big butt, there was a huge toilet called Shadowlands. The stench was awful.
Zero on turtle island and Pandaria.

Garrisons have outhouses… And there’s that quest in Hyjal where your contact is hiding in the outhouse the entire time and you keep having to go talk to them.

How many toilets are in the game? I don’t know for sure, but I’ve sure met my fair share.
I mean, the same amount of toilets as are on Earth…all of the world is a toilet (if not for us, then for all other living things). So really…all of WoW is a toilet
