I think you could if you’re good at that class. I couldn’t.
I always had trouble keeping rage. Tried all the specs, none quite worked for me so my warrior just sits, benched.
I mean, I soloed all the way up to tier 8. I just haven’t attempted yet.

For me, I have to take it slowly but I’ve found that on certain classes I can do it easily and on others, it’s more of a workout for my hands.
This paladin is close to 600 ilvl and I find I have to work at T8s harder than I do on my mage and my warlock is the easiest so far, playing destro.
So I think it’s how well you play the class, how much you like it, the toolkit makes a big difference too.
I think you could do it fine. Earthcrawl Mines is bountiful now and has less furniture and nonsense than some other delves.
It’s fairly straightforward so you could try that out on T8.

I’ve done up to 9 just to see but mostly stick to 8s can’t really gear much more on this toon and not doing the content really to max everything out .
Right now I’m mostly doing them so i can get max tokens to gem slot my gear.

I can do T9 on my warrior, T10 on my hunter.
I haven’t tried any Tiers above that yet.
I will likely try them as my ilvl increases further, as I expect Blizzard will add more difficulty levels as our ilvl increases. The only thing I want to do, 100%, is kill Zek’vir ?? before the season ends so I can get the ‘Let Me Solo Him’ achievement.
Did all 11 tiers solo so all of them.

I completed the 10 to unlock Zekvir?? and haven’t bothered with anything past 8 since.
Because each devle after one my attention wanes, making it harder and harder to solo as I go on. I need a tank in a rush to make me feel “behind” to force me into paying attention at least well enough to follow and look like a contributing member of the team.

I’ve yet to manage a 9 but that don’t bother me much. It was either 9 or 10. But I’m a casual. 8s are enough for me
I’ve stopped at tier 8 on my 7 I run weekly through the delves to unlock at least one Great Vault of heroic choice. My best alt is 609 ilvl which is better than my main 607 ilvl because of random loot upgrades. Still not beat the solo Zekvir fight on any of my characters even after the nerf a while back.
Haven’t bothered trying higher than an 8…
probably all of them but i stopped at 8 because there’s no point to 9-10-11.
i guess 9-10-11 is meant for epeen purposes but there’s better content to show epeen for.

Have solo’d all tiers.
I’ve got all but one done on level 11 with lives remaining for the achievement and because I wanted to see if I could.
It’s kind of fun for me to figure out pulls and using CC and LoS. It’s certainly slow going and I’ve had to restart a few.
Waterworks has been the toughest so far to finish. I’m still working on the underwater one in Hallowfall. So many of those mobs are swimming and I can’t use my traps.
I can solo all the tiers pretty easily, there just isnt really a reason to. Sure like delves tho! Hope they build on them!
Being able to solo the 11s across all delves but no reward for doing so kinda makes me think theres more to come down the road.
You can solo all the way to 11, even as DPS. Level Brann, make him heal, run the porcelain arrow and that amorphous one, and - of course - keep upgrading your gear.

You can’t tho. There is a ceiling. I hit it weeks ago. Can’t upgrade any slot through a delve.
So moved on to classes that do them poorly or differently. It’s a nice way to gear up alts.
Just… kinda stops one day and you’re done.
