how do we get the 2 sparks though?
so last week 1 got 1 full spark, this week i just have 1 splinter so far, i get another splinter from the pvp weekly?

Yeah, just treat it like last season; go to pvp hall in valdrakken on tuesday, turn right, talk to tall dragon lady, get one or both “proving” quests (it’ll be a random ranked and then unranked mode), do one of those, turn it in, open the hoard item and you’ll get a spark fragment.
I’m not 100% sure if this works if you’ve gotten your weekly spark from a reliable sources, like the 1500 rep quest in the new zone, though.

Any idea when the splintered sparks will be purchasable from the great vault token exhange. Been farming heroic dungeons for these tokens to do so
yeah and imagine in 2 months when we’re up to 6 sparks and you need 3000 flightstones on your fresh alt to craft them all while your 2 main chars sit on 2k flightstones each with nothing at all to spend them on
