How many of you will quit Slands once TBC comes out?

Doesn’t matter TBH. You can only trinket once per 2mins, yet rets seem to get big wings plus 2+ seraphims and additional wings procs in that span. No matter what if you don’t trinket the HoJ you die 100-0 in it as long as he has one of those.

This was not my claim.
My claim was that this is simply better than what we have in Shadowlands by a mile, IMO.
Just because it’s not great doesn’t mean it’s not better than the alternative.

I mean its kinda the fact for most spec in the game right now, the meta itself is very terrible.

I mean there are alternatives, just not legal with blizzards lmao

But also if we don’t like shadowlands, we can just stop subbing

Actually you’re wrong. And the link you provided proves it. Sure, there are more people (percentage wise of those playing wow) playing arena, but overall, numbers are wayyyyyyyyyy down. Whatever the total number of indivudal people playing wow arena now is…I’d multiply that number by 4-5 to get the population of people that played wow arena in BC/WOTLK. It’s about the total population…not the percentage. I mean 100% of 10 people sucks.

Furthermore, as others have stated, the only reason the percentage of players doing arena is so high right now is because it’s the ideal way to gear for everyone (or at least was). Once that’s taken away (next season)… you will see that percentage drop hard! What’s most shocking is that even blizzard used this backwards logic to explain how great pvp/arena is doing in a recent blue post.

Blizzard logic: “you must drink either a bottle of urine, a bottle of feces, or a bottle of your own spit.”

Everyone: “um…I’ll take the spit”

Blizzard: “See Everyone loves to drink their own spit!!!” “we’re amazing”

There’s only about a handful, TBH. Everyone’s got some high burst damage, but only a couple specs can totally cheese someone, and Rets are pretty much the kings of doing so. Agree w/ bolded, though.

Fair enough.
I’ve actually looked into quite a few WOTLK private servers… They’re all EU based :frowning:

Yeah because blizzard’s law of whatever I don’t remember can only shut down private servers within the US. So if they’re in other continent they can’t shut them down at all. That’s why they’re never in US.

It will entirely depend on alt viability, gearing system, class balance, state of arena/burst, ability to actually climb the ladder etc.

If none of those are good, i’ll probably opt out of wow entirely.

This is how TBC will go:

Many will quit SL and nolife BC, that will surely teach Blizzavision a lesson while still paying their monthly sub for Word of Warcraft.

Then said people will run into a million mana drain comps or sl/sl and will whine on the forums but ofc Blizavision won’t care.

After a couple of months most of those folks will return to retail.

The Sha of Greed will cash in another 200mill bonus while laughing at reshashed games.

I honestly don’t understand the fascination with TBC.

The dungeons were horribly boring compared to Vanilla WoW. Yes, they were more challenging, but the content was not exciting.

I did enjoy the zones. But that was about it.

I will play both but TBC will be my main game atleast for the first season I have promised friends I will be playing with them and going hard from the start and shadowlands is boring anyway so hell yeah I will be playing BC for my main game atleast for awhile.
