If dragons take the form of mortals do they have human sized stomachs then? So couldn’t she just eat a “normal” meal and be full?

If no one in the thread has said it yet (too sleepy to skim), she can turn into a dragon and eat many more hot dogs than in her human form.
In that case, the only question remains what would happen if she ate as many hot dogs as her dragon form can hold, then turned back into human form before digesting them.
And for the record, I find eating competitions repulsive…

To really get an accurate answer we have to ask ourselves one question: Does Alexstrasza have the appetite of the form she is in, the appetite of a Dragon at all times, or the appetite of a Belf at all times?
If she has the appetite of a Dragon at all times, I think she could eat a crazy amount of hot dogs as Dragons are absolutely massive, although she might only eat large meals every once in awhile as reptiles tend to do, so that might factor in as well. If we assume she eats like other reptiles, she could easily break 100 dogs IMO.
If she has the appetite of a Belf at all times, I think she could maybe eat 2 to feel full as Blood Elves are hella thin (I have never seen her compared to a Belf and I always assumed her humanoid form was about as large as they since they are the same in game model).
If her appetite depends on her form then I would say that she could max out at well over 150 if she really pushed it in Dragon form, but that she would likely stick to the more efficient 2 dogs in humanoid form as that would seem to me to be less of a hassle to deal with.

Turn this to tacos and i think she coukd eat 3 times more
