I have a full year of /played over you…
1747 days 16 hours 47 minutes
You can say that I’ve played wow for an average of four hours a day since release.
I convince myself that I’m proud of it, but I’m not. This game is addictive.

Hands over no life crown You win sir, I bow down.
I’ve often said I have more /played than any of the wow devs, and it’s most likely true.
This almost makes me want to throw away another 15 bucks to reactivate an account and take the lead lol.
Oh I’m just including my main account, I had my alliance account banned back in BC and even those hours were scary. They were rarely played at the same time as one another, so it would be accumulative time, probably 2,000 days or close to. >.>
EDIT; the best addon by far is altoholic. -Shows everything, gear, /played and gold. Anything that can be tracked is tracked, including achievements.
I have a third account and a bunch of deleted alts and i think i would breach 2000 days but i think it is safe to say we have probably both played more than some of the devs, That being said.
if it’s kept us entertained this long then clearly it is a good game.
I’m sad i never got a statue though.
1055 days according to saved instances. Not really proud of it tho.
Yeah Blizzard would know full well of our uptime in the game, the one thing that gets to me is the lack of one-on-one interaction with devs, considering their own origins from EQ. I have spoken to a few myself, but it certainly wasn’t a result of my flight time in the game itself.
You must be playing an undead character on some subconscious encouragement - I can only imagine how low your vitamin D levels are.
I am paler than a goth vampire chick from a twilight fanfic, But that’s mostly due to welsh heritage.
Ummm I don’t want to look at my original druid’s played time. I think it’s almost 400 or 500 days. Plus my other 19 120s…um…
I don’t want to tally it because it will force me to realize how much of my life I wasted playing a game.
I couldn’t tell you my /played between all my different characters.
What I CAN tell you is I’ve been playing since 12/25/04
I’ve been playing since BC was part of the Battle Chest with Vanilla. I don’t really do addons so I won’t be able to check that way, but let’s just say I’ve only ever taken maybe two breaks for more than a month each, otherwise, only a couple days here and there I don’t play at least 2-3 hours. Yikes.
Probably better I don’t know…
16, i remember playing a ton of WC 3 in high school and scouring as much as I could online to find as much as I could for WoW. It was new and fresh and we all had crazy ideas how it would actually play out. I ended up starting as a Dwarf Paladin because they were only on the Alliance so I had no choice even though I always liked Horde since WC 2.
Ok so I don’t really understand /played. Because my paladin is my oldest character. Started her in 2009, just before the release of Ulduar. She is my main. I level her to the top every expansion. She has the most rep, the most achieves, etc. Yet when I type /played, it says 64 days, lolwut? How???
I was at 1500 days on my main account, then I started multiboxing and it became pointless information since playing 5 accounts for an hour doesn’t mean I got 5 /played hours and I can’t just count my main account time because recently I’ve played my 5th account solo more than the others so
Mines only in the couple hundred days across my two mains, but I’ve taken a bunch of breaks, changed servers, etc.
Unfortunately, I’ve deleted characters that would boost my final count, so I don’t have an accurate number. It’s definitely way up there though.
I started on June 13th, 2005, if that gives you a rough estimate.
