2 only. Gametime has decreased significantly for some time now and not due to the gameās fault.
I donāt know, but my warband XP bonus for alts is up to 20%. Does it go higher?

4 but Iāve been playing 3 of them so I canāt really see a reason to do more. Eventually I will though.
I tend to hard stop at 4. Most classes flavor donāt interest me much, so I keep a tight ship.

I try to keep myself at four characters. 
I have 20 80ās 2 more on the way this week. Might as well take advantage of the anniversary buff and get as many leveled quickly before it gets back to slow pace.
Idk I lost count after awhile.
5 or 6 I thinkā¦been spending more time on my main doing anniversary stuff and leveling a couple lower level alts when not doing that. I have a lot of alts, so no reason to race any of them to 80, just to sit there anyway.
Currently 4, working on 5th.
4? 3? Iām not sure why, but picking flowers is more fun than leveling for me.
8 and slowly getting more leveled by doing the anniversary trivia question on all my 70 + toons which is going quick with 45% exp boost. By the end of the anniversary event all thise will be upper 70s for sure.
have 9, may end up with 14-15 depending on how i feel, i think thats a good number to stop at
wow over 20.
And I thought I had alot, at around 7.
And I only have that many because Iām doing multiple professions this expac (which I rarely do). I usually have 4 max level characters, tops, for any given expansion.
Iām trying to get the achievement, āAlgari Master of allā (all professions maxxed)

Still under halfway through my warband. Iām trying to focus on this more, but it takes me a few days to get through my basic weekly gameplay loop of gathering quotas. On the plus side my Zandalari troll finally maxed out Zandalari archaeology last night after all these years and that got him from 72 to 79.
My number of characters with max fishing has pulled ahead of the number at max level again.
Iām halfway to number 7 with number 8 not far behind (basically switching back and forth between DK and Paladin depending on mood when I log in). Kind of disappointing warband stops the bonus at 25%.
1 - I have a job, family, and life lmao.
Iāve always stuck to one character though.

working on one for each class during the anniversary event. I have four to go (Monk 72, Evoker 73, Death Knight 77, and Shaman 74.) basically just leaving them logged out in the pavillian āinnā and working their rested xp off every day by running a couple time walking dungeons or Chromieās event till we get there.
