I would really love for blizz to communicate with us in some way. Are there hands tied? Is there plans to elleviate queue times some how? I know they are releasing new servers but my whole group is not switching again. Half of my group has been able to level to 20 ish while the other half has been unable to log on due to schedule. I know the vast majority are in the same situation. Had they released these servers at the start we would all be a lot more spread out.
The main point is, do they have a plan and can they communicate said plan to us? More servers? More layers? Raise cap? Kick afks? Or is there nothing that can be done and we have to wait? How long will we have to wait before queues are acceptable?
