Well yeah, they do seem to get extended pretty often early in an expansion or patch. The massive structural changes to the game for Warbands is an entire database rework and everything associated with it. Which is nearly every system in the game.
I am kind of surprised it is not worse. I probably just cursed our Maint now. Sorry about that!
