Hello, I just purchased a realm transfer, and the website says it’s completed. However, when I try to log in it says I can’t until the process is completed. Is there anything else I’m supposed to do?
Did u by any chance send mail prior or just before transfering.
No, I had logged onto the character earlier today and put some auctions up, and when I went to transfer I got an error regarding auctions. Went in game and cancelled them and was able to buy the transfer. Before today I haven’t really played on that character at all much since Shadowlands launched.
Digital purchases can take up 2 24hrs to process you may need to open a problem with purchase ticket in the morning if it hasnt cleared up.

I knew this was going to happen. I just tried again and all worked. Every time I try for a solution (in game and in real life issues) and get help it magically works. Thanks for the help regardless haha, happy gaming!
