Up to 24 hours. They’re often instant, but in times of high volume, like now, with the sale, it can sometimes take longer.
It usually takes a few minutes, though on average it is within an hour. As Myrandriel said, it can take up to 24 hours, though that is fairly rare.
From what I can see, your transfer already went through.

Still showing it on the wrong account/server
Maybe I’m not looking at the right account. The only recent character service I see was a Faction Change for your Priest.
What character are you attempting to transfer? Is this on a different Battle.net account and/or WoW license?
