So my friend sent me some Blizzard balance so I can join him to play WoW.
But It has been nearly 2 days and my balance is still zero.
I think this process is taking wayyyy to long… and it should’ve been instant.
Anyone have gone through something like this before?
Long time ago when I played WoW I opened a ticket and got answered right away by the customer support. I opened a ticket regarding this and barely got any reply yet. So finally I have to come to the forums.

Have your friend look at his transaction and see if its complete or still processing.

Indeed, provided the scenario Darth implies (transaction failure) doesn’t play out, it can take up to three days for gifted balance to show.

Next time I would rather get my friend to send me the money… the blizzard balance transfer is taking too long for a digital transaction.
He may have to open a ticket and talk to billing if it didnt go thru.
