How long do I need to wait for merged WoW license to appear

Hello all,

I played back in 2009 and recently relapsed and submitted a ticket to have my account merged into my battle net account. After receiving word from a GM that gave the green light, with instructions to restart battle net and log out etc, I am still not seeing anything as far as characters that were confirmed and so forth. I’m also not seeing the license under my games and subs. Can anyone advise?
