So boosters blatantly advertise ZG boosting from lv 50-60 as a paid service on HC. Somehow this is allowed and “within the spirit of HC”? But you know what DOES break the spirit of HC? If I do BRD with my lv 59 friend. That breaks the spirit of HC and isn’t allowed some how?
Come on fix these rules. Either remove ZG boosting or allow 60s to group with sub 60s for some more dungeons.
Ideally you should be able to enter with whatever level is recommended. So this would be 50-60 for Sunken Temple.
Idk just makes no sense. HC Era is a great patch over all but seems like the dev team got cut before they could really polish it. insert corporate greed rant

I don’t like their rules in general. I think HC should just be death is permanent.

It’s some of the addon rules thoughtlessly transferred.
I must admit that I love the no PvP flagging rules of the dedicated HC server, and also the one dungeon a day, but to disencourage boosting - which accordimng to me should not have a place in HC at all - just annul XP for anybody being 5+ levels below the one with the highest level in the group.

what is fun is you can report them, but there is 0 humans working at blizzard, not a single GM exists, so nothing is done.

Just disappointed in myself/the community for tolerating such low standards of support. Really support isn’t the right word. Contempt is what it feels like. Blizzard, I’m not an enemy, I’m actually a paying customer.

I agree. I’m trying to point out that the line has been drawn in an absurd place, which prevents 59s running BRD with 60s but allows 50s to be hard boosted by level 60s in ZG. You can easily see such advertisements if you /join services on Doomhowl.
yeah I think they should just limit raids to 60’s only. The biggest issue is still mob tag boosting though. Sure getting rid of ZG boosting removes the 50-60 range of boosting but it still leaves in the 1-50 boosting.
Good point. There’s no perfect solution. Those that want to be carried will find a way. As someone who just wants to run BRD with my lv 50 friends, it’s frustrating though. We can do LBRS with 59-60. So we just end up running LBRS a lot of the time, or even Scholo.
