Normally, yes, it helps. I also have something prescribed as needed called trazodone that works really well, but I try to avoid it as it has side effects I donā€™t like. This is just things on my mind. Kind of like you, I am in a life transition and need to make some serious decisions. I get overwhelmed every now and then and especially when I lack sleep. Iā€™m thinking of trying the trazodone if this continues.

Got my protection warrior to 118 today from 116. He was Fury but since I have the Mage Tower for Protection I couldnā€™t let that just go away. Itā€™s a slow drudge to 120 but well worth it.

Went out to lunch with wife later. Now itā€™s time for a nap before watching the next installment of 90 day fiancĆ©.

Well, I finally completed Arthurā€™s ā€œGhost Bisonā€ outfit, dragging myself out of the Online ā€œBetaā€ RDR2 content on my Xbox One for long enough (we get to keep the character, so I donā€™t really think of it as a ā€œBetaā€, except for the disconnections some times.)

I love the comments by the NPCS, as Arthur walks by them. It is stuff people would say in real life, if you were walking around in a Buffalo head, ā€œWhat are you wearing that for?ā€

Oh, in Wow? I bothered to log in and do the incursion, it was the same 370 gloves Iā€™ve received maybe 3 times.

The thing is HUGE though, I think it has that bug where it is actually larger for a Gnome; Noticed that bug on the store fox mount, mine was huge compared to a Night Elf female on hers (with nothing modifying it, for either player.)

I donā€™t play Horde, but a bonus is that if you play both you only have to buy these mounts ONCE (If I had a Horde Character, it would see the Rubyshell Krolusk in its mounts, after my gnome bought the Azureshell one for 200 medals.)

Itā€™s going to be -14F here tonight the high tomorrow will be -9 with the low being -26 about normal for where I am in winter, and I just got done shoveling a bunch of snow because it decided to do that this afternoon and evening after we had just cleaned the sidewalk from the last storm.

Doing okay, had a fever 2 days ago hit me hard but slowly getting back on my feet.
Not doing much in WoW, keeping my sub up with gold because im an unreasonably rich herbalist, endgame sucks to me right now.
