How is the expansion so for?
I’v seen some videos but they are from 2020.
I want to know what you guys are thinking about the game in 2021

I would give it a 6/10 at launch. Not the best ever, but good enough to keep me subbed.

I’m enjoying it personally. Anima grind can be a slog, but it’s not a huge deal.
Biggest complaint is tanking, or rather kiting.
Raiding and M+ is fun otherwise and I’m enjoying the story.

terrible. if you aren’t doing mythic+ or raiding, this expansion offers nothing.

Could be better.
it is not awful though… just don’t play too much or you will get burnt out very fast.
Overall I would rate it a 4.5/10 which may seem harsh but there’s nothing really “new” past Torghast and Covenants.
PvP has vendors now which is nice though!
And the Great Vault is helpful, but M+ loot was reduced so it may seem less rewarding.

It’ll keep you occupied for a while. You should soon enough see the flaws in the game. The repetitive tasks to hide the fact the expansion has little content. Time gating also hiding the fact it has little content.
Haven’t played for 2 weeks and sub expires in 2 days. I wont be returning. It isn’t worth the subscription anymore. Paying a triple A title price for an expansion in world of warcraft and then paying a subscription doesn’t make sense anymore.

My biggest problem so far is that I have no friends to play with and my schedule sucks so I can’t play more.

Just as bad as BFA was. Maybe even a little worst. Since they made loot more ‘meaningful’ whatever that means.

Apart from the toilet of WOW called the maw it is ok could be better could be worse but once you find the right covenant for your class or just right for you seems to get better.

Covenants and bad class balance have pretty much sunk this game.
Might get better with a patch but I’m not holding my breath till after the Con.

Play it and decide for yourself. You will never get a positive answer on a forum. These places are where people come to complain about meaningless crap in a desperate attempt to feel something in their pitiful, mediocre lives.
There is no video game forum, or any hobby forum for that matter, where 95% of posts are not complaint posts.

I’m enjoying it but I’m a casual with limited time to play so I haven’t burned through everything like those who play for hours a day
