I was wondering how is the distribution of classes in SOD, because as shaman and casual player its has been hard to find raids since phase 1, and I was thinking in making one of my alts in my main character, I don’t know. Someone know where I can find the population of classes? And which one I should go to guarantee to find raid?
Shaman are high pop class. So you complete with many others to get into raids. Feral Druid, priest, warlock are the classes least played.

Most groups already have their 1-2 totems though so they dont need shams who are pretty bad at everything
If you want a better perspective think of it like this Spriest has a 10% bigger population than Ele and enhance combined.
People also want to keep their totem happy so they tend not to invite other totems so their personal totem can get totem loot its not just because sham is pretty useless
