I’m a level 32 Night Elf Balance Druid. The talent trees reference the Starfall spell, but I don’t see where the spell is learned and Google keeps giving me conflicting I formation? I’m playing WoW retail in the Cataclysm Chromie timeline. Where/how do I learn Starfall? TIA!

You should have learned it at level 15. Maybe it just didn’t go onto your bars?
Check out your Spellbook - see the button on your bottom bar on the right that looks like a red book. Choose the Balance tab on the right.
You should be able to drag it to your bars.
