How I feel they destroyed nascent void elves and culture

Less traditional how? Are there not enough races in WoW whose males are shaped like refrigerators? Orcs just look like Conan the Barbarian except green and like twice as wide. If anything, male blood elves look so fabulous that they’re automatically less traditional than almost all other races in the game

Yes. The Alliance is a minority player race who are neglected. Just look at the overall marketing. They call it the Horde and the Alliance and not the Alliance and the Horde. Everyone gets taught as a child that you count names and words up by the alphabet. The faction is dead.

The Alliance was systematically ruined by the developers, which also includes giving them Void Elves with no story legacy attached to them. It’s just incredible how these people are allowed to be developers for having such a bias.

We could still get that kind of RP along with human and dwarvan survivors with adding body options to lightforged;

Pretty much this. The mistake was made at the start, when Blizzard went with Void Elves over High Elves to begin with. There is no adding a High Elf Allied Race at this point, now that Void Elves have been given High Elf customizations.

The only solution to this problem that might work is combing Allied Races with their parent races, and then making Night Elves/Nightborne and Blood/Void Elves neutral races like Pandaren and Dracthyr. It does leave the question of what to do with racials, but I’m in favor of letting players select a certain number of racials from a pool, or combining racials where possible.

Some of that seems easier than others with certain races. Mechagnome racials strongly build off the fantasy of being mechanized, but I feel like some Forsaken humor could fix that. “You like my skeleton pinky? Thanks! Its not mine, but its useful.”

Combining Allied Races and core races and letting people pick what they want to be called seems like the only real long-term solution to this mess.
