Who, in your opinion, has the mettle to lead the Horde?
Enough of this silly kumbaya council.
We need a strong leader who will work on expanding the Horde’s borders.

Nobody, at least not anybody with any political power right now. It would have to be some randomly inserted nobody to lead the Horde like it used to be
The only one I could think maybe leading the horde could be Gazlowe, but he’s more of a hired contractor than an actual hands on leader.
Why does the Horde need to expand its borders? You have most of the continent of Kalimdor, outposts all over the planet, outposts on other world’s. The Horde isnt even using all its territory now.
And with existential threats looming, is this really the time to start another war with the Alliance?
Thrall would be a good Warchief but I suspect he does not want it. So my vote goes to Bain Bloodhoof.
Lorthemar Theron would also bevs good leader. If he is selected could move the Horde capital to the new Silvermoon while hes Warchief.

I think the critter I accidentally stepped on earlier was the chosen one. I could see it in his eyes that he had more leadership potential than Baine, Thrall or any Windrunner. There was this spark in them as his soul left his body to be turned into anima…
so I want to formally apologize to the entire Horde for killing our future leader before he had a chance to achieve greatness. It happens

Thrall is the only decent leader the Horde had, and these days he’s more worried about how much shaft his weapon has.

Lor’themar has proven he’s a very capable leader in MoP and frankly, I was surprised that he wasn’t the next Warchief back then.

Because, idleness leads to weakness. The Horde War Machine demands expansion, by blood, by conquering!
There are plenty of other worlds for us out there to conquer. Or, ya know, just another island we magically discover. It doesn’t always need to be on Azeroth.
It just seems, the expansion is better when there is conflict. We’ve always had some existential threat, whether The Lich King, Some Old Gods, Jailer, Demigod or whatever, we still manage to wage war against each other. And it feels good.
The Victor, go the spoils of war.
