although recent KAV was fun. the mixed geared in there made IBT interesting. PLace one or 2 geared up 60’s in IBT…collect tears when non 60 non geared alliance showed up to take it.
Does the quest require you to win or just complete a BG?

We recognize that low-level PvP balance just hasn’t gotten the attention it needs, and that’s largely due to us having to focus our attention on content that the majority of players focus their attention (e.g. max level).
Needs a win. Not too bad most of the time on last 2 alts run here as I closed out their 50 to 60.
I find randoms give even alliance a fair shot to break close to 50% win rate. 2 matches and done if first a loss not unlikely.
It is nice xp hit when you get it.

yes
but covenant ability will be disabled at level 20
But would they not have a whole bunch of extra abilities and strengths as just part of their character build with the talents and spells earned through those extra levels?
no when you party sync you get whatever ability and talent is available at that level on top of a gear scaling template that reassigns your stats as if you were wearing items from those levels
So a mage, for example, who was level 60, would lose all spells except those they would have earned by level 20.

For the record, secondary stats/stats in general to do translate over onto Sync characters.
Keep in mind there is no longer a Healer cap/Premade vs Premade system anymore within the lower brackets either.
Lots of issues for sure, but stats do not carry over.
Because they lose around 30% of their stats when they queue, it used to be fun to do, it no longer is. Trinkets are all disabled, including pvp trinkets which the level 50’s can use, our stats are also nerfed horribly, if you die to a 60 level syncing into a 50 bracket you are objectively without question, the worse player.
