Lost of changes.
Competing for first place as least survivable spec in the game. The one spec with extra defenses of the three had some defenses stripped just for fun. Arcane and Fire are massively problemed specs since the midnight changes and the doesn’t look to change any time soon. They both need full reworks they are not going to get. Frost was all right to play and the last bastion of performance / enjoyment for the remaining mages, and its getting some changes that will make it less fun / interesting. And probably make it weaker too. Try again in 12.2.

Not great, and about to get worse if they don’t make changes to the S2 set bonus for what looks like all 3 specs. Especially fire.
