Ever accidentally wipe with poison ivy?
I imagine the void one’s kind of distort time. The actual spell would feel like wind when it first hits but then become painful not long after. Kind of like one of those shots that only burns after the fact. The power would vary by the faith of the user.
I imagine moonfire is so cold that it feels hot. You know that burning sensation you get if you touch ice for too long.
And I think judgement and templar’s verdict wouldn’t feel like magic at all. Instead, it would feel like an unbelievably heavy weapon hitting you.

How i image it:
Arcane: force is applied along its path uniformly, so its crushing everything and making it feel like that part of you is being hole punched out. Arcane wounds would have a distinctive ring of intense bruising around the impact area
Shadow: the same pain from cutting off circulation: aching deep body pain, then stinging, then a worrying chill and loss of sensations. Soft tissues with lots of capilaries would feel it most intensely, making it feel far worse than the damage really is. Shadow wounds have distinctive pinprick bleeding from displaced blood, and irregular near-gangrenous effects in the worst cases
Holy: feels a lot like being beaten by an invisible man, except sometimes it can strike beneath the skin rather than through it. Sometimes hes hitting you with a sword, sometimes a mace, sometimes its a flaming sword or mace. Holy wounds can difficult to distinguish from physical ones, so look for deep bruising without surface trauma. Burns that don’t damage tissue beyond the point of impact is another sign. Holy fire burns hotter, but does not use conventional heat, so it doesn’t damage tissues around the affected area nearly as much.
shadow priest are so irregular, while their spells attack the mind, not sure how void blast works. IT looks like a laser beam that burn you
like a wet fish. next question
When I moonfire, I imagine their underpants catching fire and frequently if I pull on guardian druid with moonfire I say " I am going to light up his underpants"!
