Heart of the Wild is confusing and the tooltip doesn’t explain much so I’m having a hard time knowing when to use it and what benefits I actually get from it.
Can someone explain what this spell does for a Guardian Druid?
It’s just confusing because it says things like: Healing increased by 30%. Does that mean only heals from resto spells specifically? Because certain spells like Regrowth are baseline, so does that not benefit from the healing boost?
What about Frenzied Regeneration? Does it affect that as well? Just curious because it isn’t a guardian specific spell, it’s a class spell every spec can access
Which none of this makes sense, as it’s supposed to be “abilities not associated with current spec”. So FR should while in Guardian. All the EC talents shouldn’t either.
Should be buffing things like Wrath, Starsurge, Regrowth/Rejuv/Wild Growth, Rake/Rip/Ferocious Bite
And with “abilities not associated with current spec” makes even less sense for a tank druid. They aren’t going to pop out of bear and wrath something or start healing people
HOTW Guardian buffs Physical Damage such Auto Attacks (from Feral), Moonfire (from Balance).
It does not effect healing from FR because that is classified as a Guardian Ability. HOTW will also increase cast time and buff Resto and Balance spells out of Bear Form and I believe it will buff shred, rake, rip and fb in cat form.
