Neither have nearly the impact Purge does.
There should be no cd on cleanse yes cd on purge. Many classes use only magic spells and purge being able to remove 2 at a time is to much. Cleanse removes 1 poison, 1 disease,1 magic. No classes will be set back 2 gcds with a cleanse spam. Purge spam can literally stop someone from playing their class as you can remove 2 gcds with 1 button

Everyone was already complaining about shamans in pvp. Now they are completely gapping people in PVE. They also have the necessary utility to support their dmg in pvp scenarios unlike fury warriors in vanilla.
I still think they are getting another buff
