i received it in my toy box… it has no effect. i cant move it out of my toy box, clicking it any way doesnt do anything. whats the point of giving me an icon that explains how hearthstones work, that doesnt do anything?
You should be able a toy to your action bar, or use it from the toy page. Might be a problem with a Addon, or just corruption in the UI. Have you reset your UI from when the patch hit?
Many things in the UI changed with 10.0, so you might need to go back to default, then slowly add back mods to see what is working and what the mod developers still need to work on.

once the prepatch hit i removed most Addons. im using the new base UI and only have Deadly boss mod downloaded
You drag the spell from the toy box and put it on your bars somewhere. You should be able to click on it. You don’t get a physical copy.

i restarted the game about 3 times and it suddenly started working…weird… each time it didnt do anything then the last time it just started working the way its supposed to
