The correct pronunciation is you say the first letter of the alphabet followed by the sound of the letter “p” and you have the official correct pronunciation of dps.

I kinda use both DPS and deeps. DPS to refer to the role, and deeps to refer to what the role does.

DPS and deeps aren’t the same word pronounced differently, they are just synonymous.

Dee Pee Ess. It’s how I’ve always said it and will always say it. I know other people who say “deeps” but that just doesn’t make sense in my brain. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I never hear people say “Deeps” unless they’re being memey.
I always pronounce each letter and that’s generally what I hear others doing as well.
