Here’s what you do:
Get some Zesty Italian Dressing, and a gallon freezer bag. Load your cut of meat in the bag, with enough dressing to cover both sides. Let it sit in the fridge for at the very least, one hour, the very most, 1 day. Cook it medium rare, and you’ve made something sweeter than Ambrosia, and will want nothing less from then on.
Pairs best with a Twice Baked Potato.
