Unless you doing Torghast.
demon souls come from killing demons. no demons no demon souls

Fodder to the Flame gives a demon soul, right? That ability is kinda trash tho

Go to Maldraxxis. Wait for one of the demons to spawn in the arena.
Alternatively, you can choose Maldraxxis as your Covenant (Don’t!). Their power spawns a demon you kill to eat their soul and stuff
Hire a warlock to follow you around and occasionally duel you so you can kill his pet.
