How do you actually contact support of any kind?

I deleted a level one mage I had sent my heirlooms to, wanted to change the name and look slightly. I realized as I hit enter on “delete” that I forgot to mail the heirloom caster trinket. NBD I figured, just use character restore (no where is it stated anywhere in game that the restore doesn’t apply to characters under level 10). So now I’m trying to use the self service item restore/character restore services to get my trinket back, and it’s frustrating. Every “contact us” or “contact support” option is just a loop back to these same self service articles which don’t apply. I understand that characters below level 10 are wiped from the database, but it seems like it’d be fairly easy for a GM to simply make a clone item and send it to an existing character.

How do I actually contact support that isn’t a self service article?

Go back in time to when WoW actually had GMs.

You can’t. As the customer support forum troll possee love to point out, the ToS you agree to does not include customer support.

Big mistake was not applying Alter Time first.
