How do I actually extend a raid ID, because it's not working

Character has not loaded into Sepulcher all week.
Has a raid ID with some bosses dead (not extended yet).

What set of actions do I take to extend the ID and zone in to maintain those bosses dead? Because it’s not working in any sort of intuitive way for me.

It’s should be in the social menu, click the raid info button. Find your raid ID and right click, select extend.

Best I can remember without being in front of my pc.
