Do enchants have an impact on leveling? Are they worth it? Do people stack a stat or crit or go for procs?
I know leveling is easy now but I still enjoy feeling a little OP in the early levels - its revenge for all the times kobolds did me wrong…
They scale by level up to the max for that particular enchant.
I haven’t done it lately, but an enchanter on any realm could enchant an heirloom and mail it to someone else even if the recipient was too low level to apply the enchant themselves.
