Like I said… if that’s the best that you can come up with for lore dissonance, you need to work harder. I could very easily see why someone would take a look at Tyrande’s command of her people and describe her that way. Especially if from a Human perspective, rule by royalty is the norm.
I have no idea what you’re talking about, but none of her subjects call her a queen or monarch. She is not a queen.
Those who ever called her a queen do so in mockery, Nathanos and a Naga witch. Those are the only 2 instances. Even dialogue of Maiev calling her a queen was removed due to its inaccuracy.
