death coil deals damage to enemy living/organic units but can also heal friendly undead (and even demon) units

The fact you put hunter healing on par with paladin healing is laughable.
That being said, you have access to death strike, which is about all you get.
Death Coil you can target yourself with when Lichborne is active, but that’s very niche on a 2min CD.
well they are already dead to begin with
Death Knights have a heal. When they reach 0 HP, they resurrect some distance away with 100% HP. It’s ridiculous.

don’t forget to level Unholy Aura for the huge life regen and movespeed bonus

Actually, it does. Its on a 5 min CD separate from regular potions.

just sacrifice your Ghoul
DKs used to have that cool runic healing power, but they got rid of it in Legion (I think to make the quest to get the class hall mount more challenging). They never put it back, so now you gotta carry food or potions or something.
