Where do I go to exactly to see how close I am to getting regular flying. I brought this toon over from another realm to lightbringer and I guess I need to go thru the whole process pathfinder requirement. I remember that in a previous xpac you could go online and see how much you have done and how much still needs to be done

you have it unlockes at lvl 20

“Regular flying” is now a toggle. If you go to your Mounts page/panel, at the top there should be a drop-down menu that swaps between skyriding and steady flight.

I think you mean , " How do I track unlocking regular flying " and ( please somebody correct me if I am wrong) I think you look on you Achievement log for TWW Pathfinder but, it is essentially unlocking the zones and completing the TWW campaign chain quest.
I think, If I am not mistaken you get a quest like " return to the surface" in Ahz’Kahet Weavers lair and you talk to ( is it Moira?) the faction leaders on the balcony in Dornagal ( the balcony facing the seagull island) to complete the TWW level up campaign.
