N’Zoth thought he had corrupted Sylvanas, but Sylvanas was only working with N’Zoth to further her goals with the Jailer - so she’s still evil.

You almost had me with your alternate scenario, but a Horde leader being made into the two-faction villain AGAIN is one of my biggest sticking points with BfA, so I can’t go along with that.
