How can we ever trust the Horde again?

I’ve always viewed the Alliance as the heroes of WoW and the Horde as anti-heroes, especially given their respective cultures.

Only Thrall was a special case among Orcs and after he stepped down the Orcs went back to their warmongering ways. One doesn’t have to explain the Undead.

It’s just a natural progression of the story.

Should we trust them again? Probably? The Undead are now led by a council, with one of them being an Alliance-aligned character in Calia. The Orcs have Thrall back. I think we’ll be OK.

I know it’s hip and cool to hate on Baine around here but I appreciate him being a relatively normal member of his race/species. So many of the other leaders are insanely powerful and kinda Mary-Sueish that him being just a regular guy trying his best is actually kind of refreshing.

I’m guessing you’ve only played the Alliance version of that scenario, otherwise you’d know the Horde withdrew their forces only when their Warchief, Vol’jin, was mortally wounded.

To be fair it kinda goes against their “Victory or Death” slogan. You don’t just retreat when your warchief gets hurt. It was a betrayal of trust, even if it can be justified in a dubious manner.

Idk why we even have a name for the horde. Orcs canonically use a mixture of blood and kodo feces as ink.

It’s just a group of animals causing a stir.

Not really,if we do trust our leaders that is ,time and time again ,they always be have a different take on what is needed to prosper each playing a game of domination with no true end goal, just a continue cycle .

Look, I had that trash pack covered. Voljin just had to iron man in vendor gear he kept from Senjin Village. Not my fault

That’s what I said!
Only those that take this game far too seriously give a sh** about faction war bs.

Orcs have the “Victory or Death” slogan, the rest of the Horde, not so much!

Yes Blizzards faction war writing is awful old news.

SOME rebelled correction most did like from the start most Horde leaders didn’t like him at all.

Was no betrayal what you talkin about?

Yuh and the Horde did until they were literally overwhelmed there was no survival if they stayed the Horde would be dead and the legion would gain the highground resulting in the death of far more Alliance members then Wrynn.

How are they supposed to tell you? They don’t have walkie talkies or anything the horn alerted the Alliance to it however which is why the Alliance survived.

No they didn’t.

Which was out of character and made literally no sense should of been instantly retconned and removed from the game.

Since when?

Welcome to war many Horde warriors died too.

Oh of course it’s another “I want faction war” post like grow up it’s over.

These kind of forum posts are so ridiculous like why are you quoting so many different parts of the post. Just respond to him. All you did was say a bunch of nothings and one-liners.

Sylvanas was corrupted by the Alliance king Arthas. The whole horde plus one Alliance dude rose up to kick her out of Orgrimmar. Y’all burned your own dang tree down and we cleaned up your mess. Get over it.

Don’t forget our gravest sin… The weird sexual tension between Sylvanus and Anduin throughout BFA.

Ma’am, he’s like 20, this is a Wendy’s, and EVERYONE is uncomfortable.

OR, and hear me out…

They have a different preference than you and find forced friendship to cover up decades of war, genocide, crimes and tragedy to be lame and poorly written.

Like, imagine playing a worgen or night elf and having 0 problems with the Horde… you people are the absolute death of story, immersion and consistency.

Well the 10 year gift was a Orc statue… so I wouldn’t bet on the Alliance coming out on top. Also, remember which custom “motorcycle” was the most popular…?

Yea, you may want to reconsider this all out war where one side comes out on top…

I do.
And yes, they are 2 of my favorite races.
It’s a videogame my G.
It isn’t that serious.
Especially with all the contradiction that has been in this game since the start.

my guy Warcraft story is so broken it barely makes any sense if you put any actual thought into it.
Every expansion is practically it’s own story.
The lore is broken to sh** and barely makes sense
And even from a story standpoint, pointless war is just horrid story telling, no side can ever win because no side can ever suffer real consequences.
It ain’t a book series. It’s a video game where nothing can change without being unfair to one side or the other.
AKA, pissing off half your customer base.
