How Can People Make Themselves Watch Streams?

Have you seen many of the Method raiders? Hardly out of shape. Do you ever watch a youtube video for raid tips? This is the live version, especially with Limit’s stream and sharing of comms. There is a lot to learn from these streams.

Your question says more about you than the answers will about the community. You should have rolled troll instead of goblin. Sigh, I fed the troll.

I only watch streamers if I feel like I need some insight on some aspect of a game, for instance I may watch someone stream arena if I am trying to improve but hit a roadblock.

I don’t appreciate the whole out of shape guy comment, I think it’s in bad taste. How is someone’s physical state at all related to watching them play a game? Would it make more sense to you if everyone commented saying they only watch male streamers with ripped abs? Seems like a mean, cheap shot to be honest.

You are responding to people that have never been competitive at anything in their own life. Anyone that thinks football is a baby boomer thing is obviously not clued into reality.

I keep mine backed up but nothing beats getting on an eight hour flight and downloading twenty volumes of manga or comics to carry me through.

So is ASMR of someone eating pickles. I would rather listen to that than watch streamers. The sycophancy of people who watch streamers is really off the charts. When someone or a friend cites a streamer, my opinion of them automatically sinks but I don’t tell them outloud.

It’s just TV, really. It’s easier when you have an extra monitor to stick it on. When I only had one, I didn’t bother.

It’s sort of a luxury feeling: let the streamer entertain and comment on how you would have done better.

Do you watch any type of sporting event at all on television? Think people who watch twitch streams are basically doing the same as that it’s just a different event…basically esports.

Light novels have been my thing lately and been binge reading Overlord, How to summon a demon lord, No game no life… though I do not recommend that last one as a read. kinda annoying how it is written.

That’s a joke sport and thing to do imo, like watching a balding guy with a Twitch account play wow.

If anything… I can always count on Akston to be razor-sharp in his logic at all times.

You could have made your point without trying to insult the people streaming in the first place.

Regardless, streaming is just a new form of sports entertainment. People enjoy watching it because it’s playing at a level that they might not play. And there’s a lot of things pertaining to their little neck of the internet involved.

I don’t get how people watch TV. But I understand how they watch streams. And that’s fine. I’m not a big TV person. Some people aren’t big streamer people. It’s all good either way.

Yeah. This is an excellent point. Balding guys never play pro sports.

Most people probably throw it up on a separate monitor, while doing other things and just have it running in the back ground. I personally hate big streams so im usually browsing streamers that have under 100 viewers.

Sounds like a boomer.

Different people enjoy different things, the same question could be asked about anything on tv.

If someone enjoys something, there isn’t really anything making them do it.

I don’t get watching streamers but I don’t think it’s weird. I don’t enjoy anime either, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad.

I play fantasy football. Who am I to judge?
