If it take them 7.3GB to release what is basically a minor patch then they should have fired their QA department.
Guarantee this contains assets from 8.2 and data miners will be digging into it very shortly.

Not only do the new allied races take up a lot of space but Hati also takes up a lot being so annoying yet lovable he needs a big room to play in.
