Enhance is pretty good if you play around its shortcomings. Swapped from Ele a few months ago and having a good time with it.
Yea, enhance was one of the more fun specs imo.

Restor good. Healer can’t be bad 
Elem garbage. Only kills with rng crit luck or if your opponents are potatoes
Enh garbage. Only kills with ascendance and chain harvest just kick his winfury totem and he is countered (let him waste mana on that)
