How am I supposed to know to PI a DPS if I can’t see when they use their Cooldowns?

Maybe someone at Blizzard can make a Blizzard version of Weakauras with the wide array of very useful stuff (yeah, dream on, right?). Honestly, Weakauras had a vast array of extremely useful stuff. Utility stuff. Customizable stuff. Heck, you could make all kinds of tweaks to stuff to suit your preferences, your UI, even your computer set up (like changing font sizes because of your screen size, and having sounds to alert you to things).
